Please allow a week for normal delivery. University Maternity ships US Priority Mail or standard UPS, which ever is more cost effective.

Shipping & Handling Fee

For the continental U.S. the following shipping and handling fees apply:

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or credit. To return your University Maternity on-line purchase, mail it back to us and include the reason for your return (improper fit, did not like style, defective, wrong products, etc.). Please allow 14 business days for your return to be credited or an exchange made. Please reference your order number with any enclosed correspondence.

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges.

All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
